Shrimp can be a great way to start a meal, or it can be the main course. This recipe leaves the choice up to you. It could be an appetizer for your Valentine’s dinner or it could serve as the main dish. If you are eating light, a salad to start, broiled shrimp and then a nice light dessert would make a perfect meal!

1 garlic clove, minced fine
1 t lemon juice

How to Cook It:

Turn on the broiler and allow it to heat while preparing the shrimp.

Wrap one slice of bacon around each piece of shrimp and secure it with a
wooden toothpick.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese until blended.

Add the garlic and lemon juice and whisk until completely combined.

1/4 (8 oz) container strawberry cream cheese
4 T strawberry jam

Spread each of the 4 tortillas with the strawberry cream cheese to the edges of
the tortilla.

Spread 1 T of strawberry jam down the middle of each of the tortillas.

Fold the end of the tortilla in about 2 in.

Grab the front edge of the tortilla and roll until completely closed.
